Uganda Rugby Football Union has recruited Ramsey Olinga as the new schools development officer charged with the growth of the game from the grass roots. National coach Yahiro Kasasa told The New Vision that there is a lot of work to be done at school level and a dedicated person like Olinga was a good choice for the post.

John Baptisit Ssemanobe, FUFA Vice- president, will lead a delegation of three others to attend the burial of a renowned Kenyan sportsman Joab Omino in Kisumu. The other three are Hassan Mutaasa, Livingstone Lajan and former FIFA referee CL Kibuuka.
