KASESE — About 300 people have been left homeless by mysterious fires in Nyabugando Parish, Karambi sub-county. Police sources said on Saturday 18 houses were destroyed last week and 20 others mid February. The cause of the fire has not be established.
Iguru Says
HOIMA — The Omukama of Bunyoro, Solomon Gafabusa Iguru, has condemned last month’s killing of 200 displaced people by Kony rebels in Barlonyo. In a statement, he said the Banyoro were concerned because of the historical attachment they have with northern Uganda.
