EAGLE Air has built a new website to ease communication by getting feedback from customers

EAGLE Air has built a new website to ease communication by getting feedback from customers, reports James Odomel.

The airlines’ marketing manager, Patrick Twikirize, said this recently in an interview at their offices in Kampala.

Twikirize said the initial website was sub-standard and lacked some vital features which can now be accessed on their new site, www.flyeagleuganda.com.

“What we had was basically an information website with no feedback mechanism compared to the current new site which has interactive features like booking online, enquiring and instant replies,” he said.

Twikirize said that gave them an opportunity to serve their customers better.
