CAROL Najjuma 13 in S.1 at Premier High School says , “ Every thing has got both positives and negatives. I heard on radio that cigarettes bring a lot of taxes in Uganda. But also, our teachers told us that smoking causes diseases like T.B. I think that life is better than money. It was good that smoking was stopped in public,†she says.
