THE Uganda Society for Disabled Children (USDC) is training clinical officers from West Nile on basic Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) care to enable them handle patients in their various health units.
The two-weeks training funded by USDC, the health ministry and Arua Hospital ENT department started with 20 clinical officers from health units in Arua district at Lois Hotel on Monday.
