RUBAGA South MP Ken Lukyamuzi stunned teachers, parents and students of St. John’s SS Kabuwoko in Rakai on Sunday, when he started teaching federo during a reunion day for the Old Boys and Girls.

He blamed the Government for stopping people from sensitising the public about federo.
Lukyamuzi said it was time for political parties which registered to regret, as their rights were scrapped in the White Paper.

“They thought we were joking when we told them not to register,” he said.

Lukyamuzi condemned the atrocities of Kony rebels in the north, but said those killed would not have been many if the region was under a federal system.

He attacked finance minister Gerald Sendaula for selling the Cooperative Union and the Uganda Commercial Bank.
