The Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) has issued telephone hotlines to the public to report malpractices in the O’Level exams which start today.

In a press statement on Friday, UNEB said the numbers to call were 041-286637/9, 041-286173, 031-260753, Fax number 031-260752 or write to UNEB on P.O Box 7066, Kampala.

UNEB executive secretary Matthew Bukenya said Primary Leaving Examinations would start on November 4 and 5.

He said A’Level and Uganda Junior Technical Exams would start on November 15.

Bukenya said the time tables had been issued to schools and must be adhered to by exam administrators.

He said malpractice would have adverse consequences.

“UNEB wishes to make it clear that stern measures will be taken against any person found indulging directly or indirectly in any form of examination malpractice,” he said.
