Epak sick
KAMPALA — Oyam South MP Dr. Okullo Epak was last Wednesday admitted in Mulago Hospital, where he is receiving treatment. Speaking from the VIP section of room 6B of Mulago yesterday, Epak, also the chairman of the public accounts committee of Parliament, said he was ‘not feeling very well’ when he was hospitalised because of a ‘complication with the sugar levels.’ He said he had not fully recovered from a recent open-chest operation in South Africa.

LC orders
KAMPALA — Rubaga Division chairman Justin Sendikaddiwa has issued an ultimatum, ordering the impounding of all animals found loitering in the division. He said the division could no longer tolerate animals loitering in the roads. He told the press last week that owners of impounded animals would pay a fine of sh50,000.
