Kabarole youth have been advised to be ambitious and achieve their life goals when still energetic.
Bunyangabu county MP asked them to be independent and create self-sustaining jobs. He was addressing youths from Kisomoro and Buheesi sub-counties at Rubona trading centre on Monday.

‘Fight poverty’

Christian women should form groups to enable them fight poverty, Jinja woman MP Ruth Tuma has said. She encouraged them to start income-generating projects in the church, and spearhead the Community HIV/AIDS Initiative. Tuma was addressing the Jinja Mothers Development Initiative at at Cool Breez on Sunday.

Medics warned

THE Parliament social services committee has warned medical workers against misusing the new ambulances. Capt. David Matovu on Friday said a lot of government property was mismanaged. The MPs toured health units and schools in Bukanga in Mbarara last week.

Scouts win
