KAMPALA — A UPDF deserter whose attempts to sell a gun were reportedly foiled by the Police was yesterday charged with unlawful possession of firearms and 29 bullets.
KAMPALA — A UPDF deserter whose attempts to sell a gun were reportedly foiled by the Police was yesterday charged with unlawful possession of firearms and 29 bullets. Samuel Makumbi, 29, a resident of Mengo Kisenyi appeared before the Buganda Road Court Grade One Magistrate Duncan Gaswaga and denied the charges.Ends
