Masaka multipartists vow to win

MULTIPARTY supporters in Masaka town on Saturday said their recently registered majority win in the local council elections was a manifestation that people still had trust in multiparty governance and vowed to win more seats in the next elections.

They said they will win more seats in the coming district elections as a way of proving that political pluralism was the favourite type of rule.They said this at a victory party for the Masaka mayor elect, Eng. Tibyasa Matovu and the three division chairmen.
