MASAKA – A resident of Malongo sub-county has been referred to the High Court by Grade Two Magistrate Mr. Kakooza over the defilement of a 12-year-old girl (name withheld). Chrizestom Ntambaazi, 30, allegedly defiled the girl at her home on July 5 last year at Katovu B zone.
