KAMPALA — A local human rights advocacy group has asked the Government to ratify the international treaty for the establishment of the International Criminal Court.

It is a permanent court established by the United Nations Diplomatic Conference held in Rome in June and July 1998, to judge crimes of gravest concern to the international community, such as genocide.Ends
