SOROTI — The Resident District Commissioner, Edward Masiga, has said the district will be second best after Kampala if the district leaders and politicians work together. He said this during a swearing-in ceremony for new LC5 and LC3 councillors at the municipal council hall. He said the district had the best standards in governance.Ends
