THE Uganda Sports Press Association (USPA) 2001 Gala will be top of the agenda at the body’s Katumwa Sports Centre sponsored monthly meeting today. Members will be briefed, at Tourist Hotel in Kampala, about progress of plans to hold the Gala. The journalists voted motor rally ace Charlie Lubega as Sports Personality for the year 2001. Lubega will be crowned in Kampala at a date to be discussed in today’s meeting.Ends
