Speaking at a graduation party for Mr. John Sembuya, a finance officer at the United Nations Africa Institute for prevention of crime and treatment of offenders (UNAFRI) over the weekend, Justice Kibuuka expressed the hope that the growing number of university graduates would lead to a more honest society.Sembuya, the elder brother to journalist Joseph Tamale Mirundi, graduated from Makerere University last Friday with a Master of Business Administration degree. The graduation party was held at UNAFRI Gardens, Naguru on Sunday.Kibuuka said even some St Balikuddembe (Owino) vendors cheat their customers routinely. He said a similar dishonest conduct is rampant among the food vendors on the Kampala-Masaka highway.
