By Vision Reporter PREMIER Apolo Nsibambi (right) will on Sunday re-launch Kisoro District Development Association (KDDA) and a strategic development plan for the district. KDDA aims at promoting unity between the area MPs, local leaders and the Bafumbira. It also acts as a forum for development of the district. KDDA chairman Dr. James Nsaba Buturo told The New Vision yesterday that the occasion would be held at Sharing Hall Nsambya. Senior judges Herbert Ntabgoba, Joseph Mulenga and Patrick Tabaro will attend. Buturo said the organisation would harness the potential of the district for the benefit of residents and Uganda as a whole. Through KDDA, he said, the Bafumbira would ensure that government commitments like tarmacking of the Kabale Kisoro road are fulfiled. Ends
