A taxi driver operating at Caltex taxi stage on Kampala Road where the draw was held, Salim Ismail, was overwhelmed when he heard that he had won a bicycle. He almost failed to sign a form for receiving the bicycle and The New Vision eastern regional marketing officer, Joseph Lwanga, had to allow him settle down before he signed the form infront of his excited colleagues.The second winner of a bicycle, Kosea Baryagasha, who works with the Fisheries department, said since its start, he had never missed to buy a copy of The New Vision newspaper.Ends
