HOIMA — UPDF Member of Parliament Elly Kayanja said there is in-fighting among refugees in Hoima. Kayanja was speaking at a consultative forum for peace and conflict management at the Parliament. He said the refugees from seven countries were blaming each other for their suffering.Ends
