KATAKWI — The assistant Resident District Commissioner, Okello Olanya, has warned primary school headteachers of arrest if they do not fight drunkenness and late coming among the teachers in their schools.

KATAKWI — The assistant Resident District Commissioner, Okello Olanya, has warned primary school headteachers of arrest if they do not fight drunkenness and late coming among the teachers in their schools.
