By Dennis Ojwee Gulu residents who take refuge in the town streets at night for fear of LRA attacks, have appealed to the mayor to install street lights.A group told The New Vision that they feared the rebels could attack them under cover of darkness.But the mayor, Alex Ojera Okot, said people should end the war first.Okot said his office was concentrating on road construction to allow easy movement of soldiers and army vehicles to hunt the LRA rebels rather than work on street lights.
