MBALE — The chief magistrate, Ndikabona Batema, has warned political leaders in Pallisa against antagonizing civil servants and causing wrangles. He said such wrangles cause district councils to pass motions to sack some civil servants and the districts in turn end up paying the victims heavily after court interventions.
