Mbale advocate, Frederick Mudangha, has been suspended by the Law Council for failure to account for his client’s money.

Mbale advocate, Frederick Mudangha, has been suspended by the Law Council for failure to account for his client’s money.A Vision Reporter writes that the disciplinary committee, chaired by Elijah Wante, announced the suspension on Friday. Wante said the council would not hesitate to suspend any advocate who violates the professional ethics and conduct.Mudangha will not practice law for six months after he was found guilty of failure to account for a client’s money and putting that money to his personal use.Mudangha’s suspension brings to five, the number of advocates who are currently on suspension for professional misconduct.The other members were Andrew Kasirye, the president of the Law Society, John Mary Mugisha, Cheborion Barishaki, Agaba Maguru and Juliet Nassuuna.
