SIR— I appeal to the Mayor of Kampala, Mr John Ssebaana Kizito to desist from dragging the public into his wrangles with Kampala District Land Board.
SIR— I appeal to the Mayor of Kampala, Mr John Ssebaana Kizito to desist from dragging the public into his wrangles with Kampala District Land Board. For quite some time KDLB has not functioned. When one approaches the people concerned for the reason why, they point to him as responsible. It may be he wanted to streamline KDLB, something which wouldn’t be bad; but what we see today is rather a total ban on KDLB.Chris DamuliraKampala
