SIR— Col Elly Kayanja is saving the country. He should be assisted in all possible ways. The potential investors are surprised whenever they read such stupid senseless and uncalled for murders. I was affected when the people I was about to travel with to come and meet the Kampala mayor read such. Our good fight against AIDS had improved the image of Uganda; but such robbery and murder is bound to reverse the progress.
