Bitamazire

Kamuli––The minister of state for primary education, Namirembe Bitamazire, has said the success of UPE was every body’s responsibility, which should not be left to government only. Bitamazire made the remarks during her familiarisation tour here. She criticised contractors who produce shoddy work and urged them to produce better quality.
