The Minister of Defence, Amama Mbabazi, has advised Ugandans living in areas on the Congo and Kenya borders to be security conscious and avoid aiding rebels, reports Wilber Muhwezi. He said people in the north were aiding Joseph Kony rebels.Mbabazi was on Sunday passing out 500 cadres at Nyamirama sub-county in Kanungu district. He warned reformists to avoid dividing the people and urged them to work for development. Col Besigye supporters dominate Nyamirama sub-county. Mbabazi told residents not to worry about media reports on the Kony war.“Wherever Kony is, he knows that he is already defeated,” Mbabazi The RDC, Kamara Bayaye, advised teachers to stop drinking alcohol. He said some teachers abandon school and go drinking.He also warned residents to stop defiling girls.
