Local Govt Advises Kapchorwa

By Nathan Etengu The local government finance commission has advised Kapchorwa district council to follow the right procedures when disciplining civil servants and members of the statutory boards. Stephen Magero, who represented the commissioner, said the district risked paying heavy costs for illegal procedures in handling the civil servants and members of the commissions and statutory boards.He said this at the closure of an induction training course for councillors, civil servants and commissions.
