MAKERERE Impis II produced a brilliant defensive display at their home ground to bring Rams down to earth with a 19-3 win on Saturday.
The Bell Lager shield league game had fly-half David Kilule leading the way with a splendid try, with others coming in the second half from sensational Frank Walugembe and Wilson Mwesigwa.
Stand in captain Eddie Omondi converted both tries to give Rams a bloody nose with the final score at 19-3.
In the other games, Sailors humiliated Mongers 38-0 at Kampala Rugby Union Football Club.
Defending champions Boks got a walkover against Entebbe Invaders after the hosts failed to turn up at Entebbe.

- Uganda Rugby Football Union (URFU) will finalise its arrangements today for the Six Nations Confederation of Africa Rugby (CAR) match against Kenya this Saturday.
Uganda will test the region’s best side - Kenya - in an anticipated thriller of the second tier CAR tournament match. The preliminary round ends in Nairobi, Kenya on October 5.
