KAMPALA – A father of three boys has been charged in court with failure to provide for them. Joseph Lwanga, 42,a businessman and resident of Kigwanga in Rubaga division appeared before Grade Two Makindye Magistrate Sabina Piwang on charges of neglecting his family. The children told court that their mother Jane Nabukenya, 38, has been providing them with school fees and other necessities since 1999. Ends
