KAMPALA — Lt. Gen. Elly Tumwine came to the House yesterday in military fatigue and holding a short black stick but MPs did not take the matter of the stick lightly and wanted him to stop taking it to the House.

Elly Tumwine came to the House yesterday in military fatigue and holding a short black stick but MPs did not take the matter of the stick lightly and wanted him to stop taking it to the House. Dr. Okullo Epak (Oyam South) first raised the matter as to whether MPs were allowed to walk in with sticks. Speaker Edward Ssekandi sought assistance on the matter.
