The acting Solicitor General L. Tibaruha is carrying out investigations to prove whether the two companies awarded the tenders to manage the two large markets in Kampala are duly incorporated.
Kampala City Council on Friday awarded the tender for the management of St. Balikudembe market to Victoria International Trading Company Ltd and Sheila Investments to manage Nakasero market.
“This is to advise you that the question whether the two companies were duly incorporated or not is still under investigation and as of now you cannot say for sure that they are duly incorporated,†he said in a letter he wrote to Kampala mayor John Ssebaana Kizito(pictured).
