Draw up plan
THE Parliamentary Committee on Science and Technology has asked Government to urgently draw up an action plan for the National Science and Technology Policy (NSTP). The Committee chaired by Patrick Amuriat, (Kumi County), says the NSTP is redundant because it too broad and has no guidelines for the different stakeholders.
