IN BRIEF: 20 abducted

APAC – Twenty women were recently abducted by the LRA rebels while harvesting simsim, local and security sources said on Saturday. A local source told The New Vision that five of the women were released but the fate of the 15 women was not yet known. Unconfirmed report said the 15 women had been hacked to death including an old man called Obong Bongo bong killed by rebels on Thursday night at Buru Okango in Minakula. Ends
