Thugs rob NAADS car
KAMPALA — A group of gangsters on Thursday car jacked a vehicle belonging to the National Agricultural Advisory Services (NAADS) in Kololo. The vehicle was impounded at the Kenyan border in Busia on Friday. Police chief Ahmed Wafuba told The New Vision that the vehicle was returning from upcountry. Ends
