KAMPALA – Army spokesman Maj. Shaban Bantariza has said the demobilisation exercise in the Uganda People’s Defence Forces has not affected senior army officers.
KAMPALA – Army spokesman Maj. Shaban Bantariza has said the demobilisation exercise in the Uganda People’s Defence Forces has not affected senior army officers. He said the exercise, which is part of the Government plan to professionalise the army, affects soldiers up to the rank of captain.Ends
