Luswata Cup due

By Ronnie Kintu DEFENDING champions Tornado Cricket Club have Africa CC in their path to lifting the Luswata knockout Cup, according to the draws released by UCA over the weekend.The draws have league giants Destroyers, Wanderers and Nile in pool A while champions Tornado, JACC, Africa and Premier are in pool B. Tornado will start the bid to retain the trophy with a match against students-packed JACC in Jinja while Nile will test Wanderers at Kyambogo oval this weekend. Africa will play the once mighty Premier before the semi-final stage of the four-week championship.Meanwhile, former international umpire Chris Azuba has called upon local umpires to be impartial, confident and competent.
