SIR— The opening of a Constitution Review Commission website is good. It will help Ugandans abroad to send their views to the Commission.
SIR— The opening of a Constitution Review Commission website is good. It will help Ugandans abroad to send their views to the Commission. However, what about the rural areas? It is hard for some people down in Kisoro to come to Kampala and present their views to the commission. Perhaps offices should be set up upcountry as well.E.F. KahumaFort Portal
