RELIGIOUS leaders from Teso have resolved that all cattle in Teso be stamped with an identification mark so as to curb cattle rustling and ease recovery of stolen animals.

By John OmodingRELIGIOUS leaders from Teso have resolved that all cattle in Teso be stamped with an identification mark so as to curb cattle rustling and ease recovery of stolen animals.They made the resolution during a peace meeting held at Soroti Medical centre on Tuesday. Participants were drawn from Katakwi, Kumi, Kaberamaido and Soroti districts and included bishops Charles Obaikol of Soroti and Thomas Edison Irigei of Kumi.
