NAKASONGOLA – A former Besigye campaign official, Kirabo Kyeyune, a contestant for the district chairmanship, has complained that the office of the Resident District Commissioner is campaigning for his opponent, Chris Bagonza, who supported President Museveni in last year’s presidential race.
