Pre-event big-talking Muhangi beaten into third position by Charlie Lubega and Moses Lumala on his home turf in Mbarara, is spitting fire again.“I don’t fear anybody. If any local driver beats me, then he will be a better driver,” the self-believing Muhangi, who has been away since his defeat last February, said yesterday.The tough-talking driver said that his Subaru Impreza ‘Ekitaguriiro’ whose engine and gearbox are in the UK for repair would be ready by February 15.“If you want to prove I can give you the UK mechanic’s phone number,” Muhangi said.The rally organised by Mbarara Motor Club will start with a special stage at Garuga on February 22. Kobil is sponsoring the rally — the second round of the National Rally Championship.ends
