THE state Minister for health general duties, Capt. Mike Mukula, has appealed to the members of the East African Legislative Assembly to elevate the Civil Aviation Flying School, Soroti to university status.Nathan Etengu reports that he was on Saturday addressing members of the East African Legislative Assembly after they toured the school.They were led by the Speaker, Mr. Abdullahaman Kinana. they visited the engineering department and the control tower and the five existing aircraft used for training.
