AN LC1 chairman of Kyabuharambo village, Kigarama, Bushenyi district, has been arrested on charges of illegal possession of ammunition and government property.

By Raynel KanyambuAN LC1 chairman of Kyabuharambo village, Kigarama, Bushenyi district, has been arrested on charges of illegal possession of ammunition and government property.The District CID officer, Twine Rubanza, said William Mugisha, 32, was found with 144 live ammunitions, one stick grenade, five empty magazines and army uniforms.Mugisha asked to be pardoned, saying the items belonged to his late brother, a UPDF veteran who served in the army for 12 years.
