Eye clinic LIRA — David Livingstone International Limited, an organisation based in Scotland, is to build a sh24m eye-care clinic in the district. The organisation’s managing director, Robert Stewart Boyd, said recently the project would be implemented by the All Nations Christian Care Uganda, a local organisation. ------ Security up KOTIDO — The UPDF deployed in the districts bordering Karamoja region have intensified their patrol of the border with Moroto and Kotido districts to ensure that Karimojong rustlers do not infiltrate neighbouring districts.
