Storm destroys Pallisa schools

By Vision Reporter Roofs of two primary schools and a dispensary in Apopong sub-county, Pallisa district were recently blown off during a heavy storm.Pallisa county Member of Parliament, Louis Opange, said the schools affected were Apopong and Kaukura primary schools and Apopong dispensary. He said the schools lost roofs for two-classroom blocks and an office.He said nobody was injured. Opange said the value of the property damaged in the two schools was estimated at sh3m.He said dispensary did not lose more than the roof because there were no drugs at the time.
