OCEANIA Pacific Boxing Federation (OPBF) heavyweight champion Peter Okello has turned down an offer to fight for the Commonwealth heavyweight belt. “It is a pity Okello is not taking up the challenge outside Japan or abroad, especially at this time when he has successfully defended his OPBF title,” Africa Boxing Union ratings committee (ABU) chairman Celestino Mindra said.
