THE Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence on Sunday arrested a UPDF soldier, Sgt. John Bosco Musoke, for allegedly leaking information about the army to the media.

John Bosco Musoke, for allegedly leaking information about the army to the media.Musoke, who was one of the soldiers who served in the Democratic Republic of Congo, is attached to the department of inspectorate under the Chief Political Commissar. He was arrested in Seeta village in Kasangati- Nangabo, Mpigi district.Army spokesman Major Shaban Bantariza said Musoke was “a big rumour monger who had told lies on everybody, including the acting Army Commander, Maj. Gen. James Kazini.”Bantariza said Musoke had recently featured on Radio Simba where accused UPDF officers of blocking him from meeting President Yoweri Museveni. Musoke also claimed he had a secret to tell Museveni on the disappearance of salaries of UPDF soldiers in Congo.Ends
