Get Land Titles, Baguma Isoke Counsels Busia

By Egessa Hajusu State minister for lands natural resources and environment Baguma Isoke has advised Busia district residents to acquire land titles so as to access loans and inject them in income generating projects.Isoke said most people who are poor have not got land titles and therefore it is very difficult for them to acquire loans from banks to finance their income generating activities in order to fight poverty.He was speaking at the victory party organised by Rose Munyira, the woman MP for Busia district.He advised residents to elect good leaders who will link them to the Government to develop their areas.He argued Ugandans to respects the 2000 referendum which he said gave mandate to the Movement to be in power for the next five years.Ends
