Kampala Police on Monday afternoon arrested a shoe shiner with a pistol and eight bullets shortly after he had robbed an Asian man of sh400, 000 at gunpoint.Vision Reporter writes that Regional Police Commander Ahmed Wafuba identified the shoe shiner as Nelson Amanya, who has been operating from Vitin Hotel and Lodge on Nakivubo Road.According to Wafuba, the robbery occurred at around 3:00pm on the busy Nabugabo road where Amanya and a colleague attacked Patel Vinyes.Ends
