By Douglas MazuneFORMER African champion Charles Muhangi leaves for the Kenya Safari rally today.Muhangi who will be navigated in the July 11-14 WRC event by Frank Nekusa in a Subaru Impreza ‘Ekitaguriiro’ said he would aim at matching the top-ten finishes of Karim Hirji (1994) and Emma Katto (1997). “I am going into the Safari with more international exposure than them (Karim and Katto). My handling is much better I am certainly capable of performing better,” Muhangi told The New Vision yesterday at his Nakawa workshop.Meanwhile Zambian Satwant Singh swept maximum points in the Zambia International rally at the weekend to go top of the African rally standings with 22 points.John Gemmel (20) is second.
